Future attorney. Half Ukrainian. Forever Austin.

About Me

Grace with a backbone

I am Natalya: half Ukrainian, all ambition, with a soft spot for anything in gold. From my Ukrainian side I carry stubborn courage and the belief that family comes first. From Texas I carry big plans and even bigger skies.

In the life I am dreaming of, I am 23. I walk into a room and people listen. I have a really good name in the law, an Australian Shepherd who runs the whole house, and a view of Austin that still stops me on the stairs.

The Dream Career

A really good lawyer

The plan is to be the lawyer people call when it matters most. Prepared, calm and impossible to outwork. By 23 I picture more than eight years of experience behind me. Yes, I plan on starting early.

8+years of experience, in the story I am writing
Gold scales of justicefairness in every room
23the age I picture in this portrait of the future

Prepared

Read every page twice. Walk in knowing the answer before anyone asks the question.

Poised

Never the loudest voice in the room, and always the one they remember afterward.

Principled

Stand up for people, tell the truth and keep every promise, because a name is everything.

Education

Baylor private school

Early mornings, heavy books and teachers who expect the very best. Baylor is the private school in my story, the place where the discipline begins and the dream starts to look real.

The Residence

Three floors above Austin

Warm wood, walls of glass and the whole city glowing at sunset. The house I picture is modern from the driveway to the rooftop, wrapped in plants and made for long evenings outside.

Third floor

The view

Floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony with glass rails, looking across the lights of Austin, Texas.

Second floor

The glow

A long wall of glass beside warm wooden cladding, so the whole house shines like a lantern after dark.

First floor

The arrival

A big wooden garage, a stone entry and plants along every path: agave, grasses and shady Texas oaks.

The Garage

Two white icons

One for the open road and one for the courthouse steps. Both white, both spotless and both parked in that big garage.

The Companion

My Australian Shepherd

Every great house needs someone in charge, and mine has four paws. My Australian Shepherd is clever, loyal and far too fast, with a marbled coat and amber eyes that win every argument.

After the longest days, that wagging welcome at the door reminds me what all the hard work is for.
